Fulfillment Continues Part 2 - Over 50% fulfilled!

Just a little update to let you know things are still ticking along! As of the last update 326 packages had been shipped and that number is now 560! (with another 97 queued up to be marked as fulfilled today or tomorrow!) So don't worry if you are still waiting for yours, you have not been forgotten - there are still 400 or so left to go!

Fulfillment continues! (two weeks was optimistic haha)

Hi everyone!! It's been very exciting seeing some of the first people receive their froggies!! I am still packing away - though I realize now that saying 'tracking numbers in two weeks' was definitely overoptimistic. Some stats for you; Of the 1,174 backers (including backerkit pre-orders which will be fulfilled last) 326 have been shipped and there are 736 queued up to be shipped asap. 

I will be finished all of the early-bird tiers this week! The special bundles with the two pins and two plushies took me a lot longer than expected to pack up. Early-bird Special Bundles CAN and INTL should be getting tracking numbers tonight or tomorrow. Then I'll move onto Earlybird All-in US/CAN/INTL which I should be able to get done this week. Then Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will be 1 Plush US. 

Just wanted to give you all some insight as to where fulfillment is at and when to expect tracking numbers. : ) Thank you all for your patience and understanding and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!!

Fulfillment in full swing! Tracking numbers over the next two weeks.

Hey everyone! I have received a few messages recently asking where we're at regarding shipping! The answer is that as of Monday, all of the plushies have arrived, been checked and counted and fulfillment is in full swing! I still have a lot of other frog tree related responsibilities that take my time during the day but I've been putting a solid 3-4 hours in every day to get these plushies out to you. :) Keep an eye out over the next week or two for tracking numbers! I've started with the lower earlybird tiers (1 plush, 2 plush, etc.) and will work my way up to regular 6 plush. We are a little bit farther along the timeline than is listed on the Kickstarter campaign but that's mostly because I ended up having to manufacture a lot more frogs than I had initially planned for, pushing back the date I received them. 

There are still a handful (roughly 100) backers who either haven't completed their survey yet or updated their credit card info for shipping charges! If this is you, or you're not sure if this is you, please log into backerkit and update your info! You can access your survey by searching for the email backerkit sent you after the campaign. You can also of course reach out to me if you have any questions. :)

New collab pin project & plushies have started to arrive!

New Collab Project!

Before I get into the update I wanted to share a new and super exciting pin collaboration project with my good friend Alena (Owl & Bear Studio)!

We designed each pin collaboratively to feature a frog and a slug or snail - all from the Pacific North West! If you’re interested in some slimy frens to call your own, please do check out the campaign! If you’re reading this before February 16th, earlybird deals are also still available!!

Onion Plushie Update

Over the past week or so I have received just over half of the plushies! So begins the process of locking orders, charging cards for shipping, quality checking and packing up your froggies! :) I will be locking addresses today and charging shipping over the course of the week. Please get in touch if you have any questions before I start shipping!

If you’re a pin-only backer you should have received your pins! I only this week figured out how to (sort of) automatically sync up my shipping partner (Chit Chats) with Backerkit in terms of marking an order fulfilled and allocating the tracking number to the correct order. Previously I had done this manually (copy tracking number, paste tracking number) but that wasn’t going to work for such a large campaign. The point is, despite you likely havign already recevied the pins, you’ll probably be notified of a tracking number sometime this week. Apologies for not getting that sorted earlier!

Plushies have shipped! (to me)

Just a tiny update to let you know that pin only pledges will be going out next week and that the plushies have completed manufacturing and quality check and have begun their voyage to me! Freight shipping will take about 30 business days - after which I'll post another update before I charge cards for shipping and begin fulfillment.
